We are a Heartwood Charter School vendor and accept purchase orders

Commitment to the Year

Enrollment reserves a member’s place for the full academic year.
Monthly payment is available, but the spot remains reserved all year to support stability, planning, and group rhythm.

How to Choose Your Tuition Tier

At KindKin, the Sustainer Rate (Standard) reflects the true cost of operating our program — including facilitator time, materials, space, and administrative support. This is the rate most families are expected to pay.

To remain open and financially stable, KindKin relies on most families selecting the Sustainer or Supporter tiers.

 

The Community Rate (Reduced) is reserved for families experiencing significant, verifiable financial hardship. Space at this tier is limited and not guaranteed.

​

If you believe this rate fits your family’s situation, please reach out to inquire about current availability and to share more about your circumstances. We may request a brief needs-based conversation or documentation. Eligibility will be re-evaluated each year.

We ask families to select the tier that reflects their financial capacity and to participate openly in any required eligibility conversations. This ensures both equitable access and program sustainability.

Sliding Scale Tuition

3 Days per Week

Community Rate (Reduced): $600 / month
Sustainer Rate (Standard): $750 / month
Supporter Rate (Pay-It-Forward): $900 / month

2 Days per Week

Community Rate (Reduced): $400 / month
Sustainer Rate (Standard): $500 / month
Supporter Rate (Pay-It-Forward): $650 / month

1 Day per Week

Community Rate (Reduced): $225 / month
Sustainer Rate (Standard): $275 / month
Supporter Rate (Pay-It-Forward): $350 / month

Month-to-Month Enrollment

For families who need flexibility, we offer a month-to-month option (based on available space).
Rates are slightly higher to reflect the administrative and scheduling adjustments required.

Rates:
3 days/week — $775 / month
2 days/week — $525 / month
1 day/week — $300 / month

​

Policy:

• Participation must be confirmed by the 15th of the prior month

• No deposit required

• Space is not guaranteed beyond the paid month

​

Payment Policies

• Tuition is billed on the first of each month

• All payments are non-refundable

• Tuition holds your member’s spot; payment is required regardless of attendance

• Late or non-payment for month-to-month families may result in the loss of space for the upcoming month

Aftercare, Drop-In & Special Events

Extended Day Add-Ons

 

Early Drop-Off

• Arrive at 9:00 a.m.: $10

 

Later Pickup

• Pickup at 4:00 p.m.: $15

• Pickup at 5:00 p.m.: $30

Late Pickup Fees:

• $10 (up to 15 minutes late)

• $15 (16–30 minutes late)

 

Drop-In & Events:

• Full Day (3–6 hours): $60 (cash)

• Partial Day (1–3 hours): $40

• Full-day field trip: $60

• Evening social or game night (up to 3 hours): $40

Limited pay-what-you-can options are available for special events.
